Instead of party favors for your wedding or special occasion, consider thanking guests in a more meaningful way by making a donation to the Prostate Cancer Foundation. Your contributions will help fund research for a disease that affects two million American men and their families.

Wedding Favors

1. Choose: View the 6 available styles and decide which template fits your wedding best.
   
2. Donate: To make your donation and select your style, click here.  The minimum required donation for a wedding favor template is $100. Once your donation has been made, we will email you your requested template. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.
   
3. Print: Send the template to your print vendor.

Special Occasion Favors

For a minimum of $2 per favor, PCF will provide a card (with envelope) for each guest.  The cream-colored cards say "A gift has been made in your honor to the Prostate Cancer Foundation" in gold lettering. Order your favors here.
