Research and treatment advances continue to climb

The Wall Street Journal wrote an article titled ‘Gaining on Prostate Cancer,” highlighting some of the brightest minds in the field of prostate cancer research, and the results of their collaborative work. Every researcher quoted in the article is a PCF-funded investigator, showing the breadth of PCF’s strategic funding strategy and impact on patients across the globe. Supporters of PCF have helped build a strategic plan for clinical trials and made incalculable progress palpable for so many patients. Though the article accurately reflects the state of the field, it understates how much progress PCF is making in putting men back into remission after they relapse. Work and collaboration from PCF and our partners will continue to end death and suffering for men faced with prostate cancer.
