On September 28th at 5:40 pm Richard Stubstad said his “good-byes” to Earth and went on to Nangijala. He stayed with us for 70 rich, fun-filled years.
He left behind his wife of 43 years, 7 incredible children, 13 amazing grandchildren, and 1 adorable great-grandchild.
He passed in a glow of love and light created by every soul in the room.
Fishing with his sons gave him great pleasure, as did most things in nature – including having fun searching for the elusive Sasquatch. He played bass in our family band, played lots of silly games with the grandchildren, and traveled extensively.
He was highly appreciated for his superior dedication in his work as a civil engineer. His upbeat and caring personality was appreciated by every one of his colleagues.
He has touched so many lives…
