On May 1, 2016, the PCF Board of Directors passed an amendment to create the Emeritus Board. The purpose of this special, non-voting board is to honor the service of past Board members for their outstanding service to the PCF mission, continue a legacy of past knowledge and insight for current and future Board of Directors, and allow highly engaged former Board members to continue to work with the PCF Board of Directors.
