The Home Run Challenge is officially underway!
Fans across the country are already helping turn home runs into hope and amplifying support for prostate cancer research.
In just the first days of this year’s campaign, 77 home runs have been hit across Major League Baseball, each representing an opportunity to advance research, raise awareness, and help save lives.
For 31 seasons, the Home Run Challenge has transformed baseball’s biggest moments into support for life-saving prostate cancer research, awareness, and early detection. Founded by Mike Milken to Keep Dad in the Game, the campaign has raised more than $150 million and continues to fuel breakthroughs that are helping men live longer, healthier lives.
From San Diego to San Francisco, Anaheim, Milwaukee, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, and Kansas City, the Home Run Challenge is bringing communities together around one shared goal: driving progress for patients and families affected by prostate cancer.
In 2026, an estimated 333,830 men in the United States will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. That represents hundreds of thousands of families who may face difficult decisions, uncertainty, and fear.
Thanks to decades of scientific progress, men diagnosed today have more treatment options than ever before, and early detection continues to improve outcomes. Many of these advances have been made possible through sustained investments in research.
But there is still work ahead. One man still dies from prostate cancer every 14.5 minutes in the United States.
Every donation helps power discoveries, support earlier detection, and moves us closer to a future where fewer families are impacted by this disease.
Join the Home Run Challenge. Help fund the next breakthrough.
