Dan Otto is a seasoned advancement leader with more than three decades of experience supporting academic medical centers, research institutes, and health systems. He partners closely with philanthropists to drive meaningful impact in medical research, patient care, and academic innovation. Dan is known for his strategic perspective, thoughtful approach to donor engagement, and ability to align philanthropic investments with opportunities that accelerate discovery and improve lives.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked alongside donors, institutional leaders, and researchers to shape high-impact initiatives and build enduring philanthropic partnerships. He brings a collaborative style and a deep commitment to ensuring that every gift is both purposeful and transformative.

Dan holds a degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He lives with his wife and two daughters and is an avid cyclist and Ironman finisher.
