Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese
|1 lb||wild smoked salmon|
|4 oz||low fat cream cheese or soft goat cheese|
|1 tsp||fresh dill, chopped|
|1 tsp||fresh chives, chopped|
|1 box||whole grain crackers, lavosh or bagel chips (or Sweet Potato Rounds)|
- Fold chopped herbs into room-temperature cheese, and incorporate with a fork. This can be served immediately or remain in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Place smoked salmon on your favorite serving platter.
- Place herbed cheese in free form on side of the platter.
- Place capers by cheese.
- Fan out crackers or Sweet Potato “Crackers” on side.
