Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese

Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese

1 lb wild smoked salmon
4 oz low fat cream cheese or soft goat cheese
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp capers
1 box whole grain crackers, lavosh or bagel chips (or Sweet Potato Rounds)


  1. Fold chopped herbs into room-temperature cheese, and incorporate with a fork. This can be served immediately or remain in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Place smoked salmon on your favorite serving platter.
  3. Place herbed cheese in free form on side of the platter.
  4. Place capers by cheese.
  5. Fan out crackers or Sweet Potato “Crackers” on side.
