Before completing this form, please note: this form is only for community and workplace events where 100% of the money raised will be donated to PCF. If you are interested in hosting an event or activity where you plan to retain any of the income (AKA a “beneficiary event” or “co-venture”) please submit your request to [email protected] and a staff member will get back to you.
