Exercise should be an important part of everyone’s anti-cancer plan: it’s good for the mind, body, and spirit. This June, challenge yourself to go at least 100 miles (you pick!) any way you like – swimming, biking, walking, hiking, dancing, running, tennis (you pick!). All exercise welcomed. You can do what you love AND raise money for life-saving prostate cancer research.

1. Create your fundraiser one of these ways:

Join our private Facebook group, then click the link on the pinned welcome post to create your fundraiser.

Click here to create a fundraiser not on Facebook. You’ll have extra options here: email templates, donation tracking, and more.

Download our printable donation form if you plan to collect checks instead of or in addition to your online page.

2. Put in 100 miles at your favorite sport.

3. Set your goals and log your miles as you go in our tracker.

4. Download the milestone badges as you progress!

5. Share your photos on social media if you are so inclined. You are an inspiration!

It’s that easy!

Common Fundraising Questions
What if friends want to donate to my fundraiser another way? To make a donation online go to www.pcf.org/100miles/donate/

Mail your checks along with your name to:
Prostate Cancer Foundation

Friends have been giving me donations!  What do I do with them?
Please mail them to PCF and include your information.  While we cannot update your fundraising total on Facebook, we will keep your total in our records.  If you are fundraising on OneCause (option 2 above) you can enter these yourself or PCF will when received. You can also use this form if it makes it easier to organize or if donors would like to receive a tax receipt.
