Project Title:

Therapeutic targeting of noncanonical Wnt signaling in advanced castration resistant prostate cancer

Project Overview:

The WNT pathway is a regulator of stem cells and fetal development that when altered, can drive cancer development and progression. Dr. McKay and team are developing a novel treatment for prostate cancer which targets the WNT pathway, and will test efficacy and mechanisms of action in a clinical trial, as well as establish biomarkers to identify which patients are most likely to benefit from this treatment.
